Explore Studio Yoga

It can be as simple as 20 minutes of sun salutations or a few beginner yoga poses, followed by some pranayama (breathing exercises), and ending with a few minutes of meditation. You don't have to spend hours on your mat; just start small and build from there.

This is regular class ( three months) at Explore studio 6:30AM & 7AM. The class will be conducted on Monday to Friday except Indian festival days.
